In the summer of 2008, Dr. Liz herself did the The Take Shape For Life Program, featuring Medifast meal replacements, and lost 15 pounds in 5 weeks, and has kept it off easily since then.Women typically lose 2 to 3 pounds per week, and men usually lose 4 – 5 pounds per week on this program. Reaching your healthy goal weight is the first phase of the program. The second phase is Transition, and the third and last phase is Maintenance, in which you solidify your Habits of Health that you have learned during the program.
